Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are notaccepted once the package is opened or consumed.

We will, however, offer replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged or spoiled during transit.

• You received a wrong item.

• The package is tampered with upon delivery.

Replacement / Refund Process

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp

• Provide order ID, photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

• Once verified, replacement or refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days. .

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
