Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across India via reputed logistics partners.

    • Other regions: 5–10 business days

• A minimum order value of ₹499 is required for placing an order on our website. Orders below this value may incur an additional delivery charge. Tracking details are shared upon dispatch.

• Legit Foods LLP is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

Packaging

• All products are vacuum-fried and packed in nitrogen-filled pillow pouches to maintain freshness and quality.

• We ensure tamper-proof packaging before dispatch.

Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are notaccepted once the package is opened or consumed.

We will, however, offer replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged or spoiled during transit.

• You received a wrong item.

• The package is tampered with upon delivery.

Replacement / Refund Process

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp

• Provide order ID, photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

• Once verified, replacement or refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days. .

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
